Donald  L. Swartz, RA
PRESIDENT

As President, Mr. Swartz is the primary contact between our firm and it's clients. He guides the firm in meeting the needs of our diverse project base, insuring  timely completion and compliance with our internal quality and design standards.  He has extensive experience in all phases of project development from programming and design to construction administration and post-occupancy evaluation.  Mr. Swartz also determines firm growth and  goals,  budgets, office policies, and personnel needs.

BACKGROUND
A native  of Hudson Valley New York area,  Mr. Swartz has nearly thirty-six years of experience in architecture, twenty-seven as the Principle  architect of his own firm based in Dutchess County.  
He has designed and supervised the construction of numerous liturgical, municipal,  commercial, residential  and housing projects.  They include churches, county court and jail facilities, educational facilities, retail establishments, credit unions, affordable and senior housing, master-plans and feasibility studies to mention a few.

Melinda A. Swartz
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

As Administrative Director, Mrs. Swartz is responsible for managing the daily financial and business activities of the firm.  She is also involved in determining and implementing firm growth and goals, budgets, office policies, and personnel needs.      

Along with her business activities, she also manages the company's IT systems, evaluates equipment and software needs as well as research and implementation. 
                   

BACKGROUND
Mrs. Swartz has over twenty years of experience in architectural firm management.  In addition to her architectural background, she had accumulated business experience as a supervisor of In-Patient accounts at a local hospital.  A native of New York State, she grew up working in a family construction company.

Daniel J. Di Dio
ON-CALL CAD OPERATOR/PRODUCTION

Mr. Di Dio is responsible for coordinating and insuring timely completion and quality control in the production of all phases of the drawing documents production.  Some of his responsibilities include supervising and coordinating existing conditions documentation, drawings from schematic design to construction document preparation, project specifications, bidding and construction administration.  
                
BACKGROUND
A native of the lower Hudson Valley New York region Mr. Di Dio has over nine years of experience in the field of architecture.  His experience with a variety of firms throughout the New York Northeast region have provided him with a strong understanding of the programmatic and spatial requirements of many building types.  He has worked on a diverse cross section of projects including senior housing, high-end residential properties, restoration and liturgical projects.
